3 staff behind the counter but only 1 serving the paying customers at the till despite a long queue. The other 2 just doing some tidying. Amazing... Training is urgently needed to place the priorities where they should be.

What the hell... you don’t want our money? Can’t get the fact that I want to get shoes and wait for a size 30 min.... the shop was not full and the staff was not available and not welcoming at all.. so we just left ... how can a business conduct like that.

Useless customer service. Waited forever to get the shoes. Then I was told the shoes are behind the counter, queued, just to find out they have picked the wrong size. Decided to spend my money elsewhere.

Worst experience i've ever had. Wanted the buy 2 of the same thing but they had different price written . The girl at check out said both were the higher price and when we asked why the tag was different she actually said while she wasn't saying we did it some people take other tags and place them on other things , like what the hell . And i actually found 2 tags on the one with the higher price . When i remove it it actually shower it had the lower price tag. And when we showed it the girl actually started CRYING that she wanted to just leave. I have never seen anything like that. Like WHY ARE YOU WORKING THERE THEN .God it was the worst.

I never have seen such beautifully put together selection of shoes. Its possible to look at all the shoes technically by standing a distance from the wall. I was able to find the high neck trainers I have been looking for in my size on an offer. Thats pretty cool really

To be fair I got what I wanted in the end but lack of staff was an issue.The 2 I encountered seemed disinterested in offering any help.

It might have good deals but shopping at this shop is a total pain. Buying shoes takes at least 40 minutes as the kids working here are always doing something else and super slow, most of the times they totally forget what you asked for.

Customer service was outstanding. Staff made sure I was happy and had everything I needed. Being able to run around for customers such as myself while being short staffed is incredible.Good job!

avoid at all costs-not worth itI purchased a swimsuit in Bromley and asked when purchasing if I could return it if is deemed unsuitable. I was told I could as long as all tags and the hygiene sticker were still on the product.I later went to the the Lewisham branch, spent 30 minute trying on different costumes, another 10 minutes waiting in line at the till to be told that I could not exchange the product because it is swim wear and this information is documented on the receipt.I specifically checked before purchasing the item and to be told 2 different things in 2 stores from the same company is absolutely ludicrous. I cannot make use of the item as it does not fit and I would not have purchased it if I had known I could not return it after taking it home to try on.To their credit the Lewisham branch were quite sympathetic but I should have known not to take the word of the Bromley staff member who served me who was rude and disinterested and hardly paying attention to what she was doing!

The worst store ever. As a customer you are forced to ask staff to bring xyz size of the shoes as they are not displayed in the store. However, there is no one from the staff on the floor and if you’re lucky enough to find someone they treat you like a burden or say they’ll get back to you but they never do. Disgusting service.
