Bad experience with Durham office. They took over than 50% of my tax return as a service payment. Nobody explains well how all this works. As a employee I had lots of problems with my taxes, I spent lots of phone calls to HMRC to fixed what they've done. They sent millions emails about I wil to pay lots of penalties like £10 a day if I will not contact them. But HMRC refuted all this myth about my situation. Definitely I don't recommend company to solve your taxes issues.
