Extremely Displeased with Our ExperienceWe purchased a car from Pershore Motor Group, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a highly disappointing and faulty vehicle. This has not only caused us significant inconvenience but also raised concerns about the quality of the cars sold by your garage.Additionally, you sold the Blackstar warranty for the car reassuring it would cover nearly the entire car. It however turns out it covers only a very specific number of parts on the car.This experience has not only tarnished our perception of your dealership but has also left us with a significant loss of trust in your ability to deliver quality vehicles.

Absolutely amazing service from all the team at Pershore Motor group. Carl was incredibly helpful and sold me an amazing Audi A5 which I couldn’t be happier with. Everything from arranging a viewing to getting the car ready to go was really smooth and had no trouble at all, he was was really helpful when it came to sorting finance on the car and Pershore Motor Group helped me find an amazing deal.
