After about 12 years of not maintaining our imprinted concrete area, I reached out to SmartSeal, to seek advice. Ricky, advised me after many email exchanges and photos of the best way forward, and after 3 coats it now looks superb. George was fantastic with advising me on which product to use.I used the roof revive to clean my slate roof as it was infested with lichen. I used two applications over a period of one month and then just brushed off all the debris with a hard brush. It looks like a new roof, very very impressed

Have had & still have issues with sealant on patio slabs, where some areas ha E gone from the wet look to same with 'hazy' patches due to moisture content within the ground & hence the 'dry' slabs. After speaking to Ricky, he advised me of the former & sent some 'reactivity' sealant to brush into some of the affected slabs. Tried, worked & slabs done are now darker. Cannot do rest this year as ground to damp & air temperature too low. However help & information provided helped to resolve this issue.

I used the black on our imprinted cobbles driveway and paths, has completely transformed it back to new. Wonderful product, and so easy to apply. First time we had coated it for 15 years, and it only needed two coats.First class product and customer services.UPDATE : Well, it lasted very well all things considered so re-coated it last weekend using the same tin as I used three years ago, it was as good now as then in consistency and colour. A sign of a great product. Very pleased with this years results! One coat only this time!

My inprint concrete drive was looking very tired, the colour was fading and I was using other lacquer brands but was not giving the results or making any difference to the colour or shine of the inprint concrete . I then stumbled upon smart seal on YouTube and decided to give them a call. Ricky listened to all my concerns and recommended the silk seal adding a touch of colour to the lacquer. And boy oh boy did the result shine. The silk seal is a must for anyone’s drive which looks dead. The colour and the shine was next level. I highly recommend to get in touch with smart seal if you want to save money on your inprint drive way. Don’t waste your money on changing your driveway as the silk seal will save you thousands of pounds.

The service from the sales team was excellent Ricky dealt with all my questions and he even sorted out my order and tracked the delivery very efficiently The product roof paint is very easy to apply by hand brush although due to change in weather I have only applied one coat it looks brilliant I intend applying a second coat as weather permits but I am delighted by the look it has given

I had several queries around resealing and re-colouring my driveway. Ricky and his technical colleague were excellent. Taking time to ask lots of questions around the laying of the original concrete imprinted driveway.
