Unhelpful and rude customer service. Apparently they don't use ring doorbells so you have to be sitting by your door all day waiting for them. Only option was for me to collect, after already paying delivery! Don't bother using them!

Now the 3rd time this company has failed to deliver claiming they have been?? 3 security cameras in place (do the driver wear invisibility cloaks then) a rather large notice is at the side of the shutter door advising them to come to the rear door ?? can they not read english?? more likely just too lazy to walk around the building, far easier to take the pallet back!!

Drivers are arrogant. They use my business premises as a turning point smash their wheel up my curbs which are now becoming loose. wonder if I send them the bill if they would pay it. I doubt it.

Terrible customer service, rude and impolite staff (blatantly stems from the attitude of the owner/ manager).. provides no customer parking, bangs no parking signs up all around the building, then runs out screaming “Get off my grass” when you do eventually decide that the one section of grass without no parking signs is the only place to half safely abandon your car, to walk in to the building which feels like it’s going to collapse around you, to be greeted by unhelpful and unfriendly staff! Would rather my parcel be delivered by the local Yodel fella that throws it through your window from the van two doors down!

What a poor company. Driver attempted delivery to the wrong address then when i phoned to arrange next day re delivery, guy on the phone extreemly unhelpful as to whether it would be once again attempted delivery to wrong address.Whatever happened to looking after a customer!!!!!

Rude staff who lied interrupted Faye Kerry rude put me through to Steve who hadn't clue why put through and then cut off phoned again spoke to supposed owner Samantha Ravencroft she worst of lot. Beware do not use

We had excellent service from this company, both in terms of excellent delivery (up a very steep slope with a pallet truck) and prompt collection of a pallet we sent out.Long story, but Jason was of particular help with a company who insisted we hadn’t returned a pallet - Jason’s persistent and patient help meant we were able to secure our refund on a piece of machinery we had ordered and then sent back.Ignore the silly 1 star reviews, we deal with plenty of companies through work and these guys get the job done, and done properly.

Market Drayton - Dalelands west Clifford Road. I watched a delivery driver get out if his van this morning and was walking down the road with a customers parcel hanging from his mouth. His hands were free, yet he felt the need to carry the parcel like a dog. Then he knocked on a man's door and gave him his parcel. Really unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour, especially when were in the middle of a Pandemic!
