Not the 'we buy any clothes' service we expected. Took a large amount of clothing to the house, and afterwards the lady claimed apparently only 10% was good enough and demanded we go back, collect and give her 40p p/kilo back. We sent some money back. Be cautious when using.

I've used this service a few times now. It's great for stuff you want out of the house. They don't take socks and underwear (except bras) but do take bags (including suitcases) and accessories like belts and ties. Last time they also accepted a lot of toys (soft and hard) and DVDs. The collector is always in time and very friendly. I have already recommended this service to my friends as they pay a highest price in Southampton for bedding, toys and bric-a-brac. Also they paid 45p/kg instead of 40p/kg as I shared their page on Facebook.

Very effective and fast communication and service. They take clothes, bags and accessories and pay in cash. Very handy if you want to get rid of pre-loved things or review your wardrobe and make some monies out of it. Highly recommend.

Great and very friendly service. We have moved in to the new house recently and this service was very helpful. They bought almost all of the unwanted items except a bulky ones and I got a decent amount of cash as they pay a twice more than other companies for bedding, toys and bric-a-brac. Would definitely recommend to friends.
