I started with Becks during the third lockdown when I was feeling really low and unmotivated. Since having some routine and structure with these outdoor sessions I have found my attitude and motivation has improved massively.I have gone from sitting around all day to getting up early and starting my day outside which has encouraged me to be more active throughout the day.I thought I would hate training outdoors but in fact I LOVED it! It has helped my overall mental health and I feel so much better than I did before I started training with Becks.There have been times when Becks has had to change the routine with an hours notice as I had injured myself whilst messing around with friend in the park. She adapted it and took great care in my health outside of our sessions.I saw my strength, mindset and physical appearance improve. my friends said I looked like I was glowing and happy.They are right, I feel so good about myself now. I have gained confidence and I am so pleased that I have achieved exercises that I simply could not do before I started training with Becks.Becks is also really personable and friendly. She genuinely cares about you and your form and health.I encourage outdoor training as you get the benefit from being physically fit but also mentally fit.BIG UP BECKS!

Excellent way to start training again.I worked with Becks when I was trying to get back into a more consistent exercise routine. Every session was different and I tried lots of different exercises, such as weight training which I discovered I really enjoy. I'm also more aware of different kinds of workouts.Additionally, Becks held me accountable for other goals that weren't directly related to exercise. After a few months I had already accomplished many of my goals!Training outdoors also made me feel fresh and ready for the day.

I came to Becks as I wanted to add some muscle to my frame and fix my posture. She really understood the goals I wanted to achieve and was passionate in making me reach these. She is focused, knowledgeable, professional and actually cares about my journey and progress. This helps me keep driven and inspired and I have really enjoyed our training sessions with her. She really changed my point of view on doing exercises since I wasn’t a huge fan of workouts before I met her.Becks is an excellent personal trainer, she gets the balance right between motivating me and supporting to achieve my full potential. Our workout sessions are always unique and tailored to what my body needs. Becks is still able to keep things fresh after months of going consistently. Our routines are challenging but she does not crack the whip and most importantly they are varied and fun. In just a few short weeks I felt fitter, more toned and definitely happier!I’ve had excellent results and recommend Becks highly.

First of all Becks is a complete powerhouse - she's so organised, personable but also very passionate about fitness which is really motivating.At the end of the third lockdown, I was struggling to keep motivated and it was starting to make me feel a bit down as I've always enjoyed exercise but I was constantly feeling sluggish or putting it off. I found Becks online and started reading through all the incredible 5* star reviews, which I found hard to believe until I went to my first taster session.I had no idea what to expect from personal training but I have to say it's one of the best things I've done all year. You get so much more than just a personal training class when you train with Becks - she explains each exercise clearly and tailors everything to your body shape/level. The classes are fun, I'm never bored and Becks is such a lovely person to chat to. I've even noticed that I'm choosing healthier food choices and feel a lot more focused at work which I totally didn't expect!I've now been with Becks for just over two months and I absolutely love it. If you do anything this year, invest in your fitness and choose Becks, you won't regret it :).

I started training with Becks after I felt I’d plateaued - although working out regularly I wasn’t achieving the results that I wanted. Becks has helped to re-motivate me, identifying areas that I can improve and giving me something to work towards. She’s incredibly supportive, but is also challenging me to achieve my goals, and I’ve already seen improvements in my strength! I’d never done outdoor training before, but have found it great for my mentality as well as physical goals. Becks takes a lot of time to make sure my form and posture are correct, and mixes things up every week so the sessions are always varied and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend her, whether you’re new to fitness or looking for for that next step!

I started training with Becks in spring 2023. I still hadn't regained my fitness after the COVID lockdowns, I was struggling to find the right kind of class or gym, and I needed something that was tailored to me. I can honestly say it's been transformative. The workouts have been fun and motivating. I've seen consistent progress and Becks has managed what no other PT has been able to achieve - she has made me enthusiastic about running. There's also something so nice about exercising outdoors. I can't recommend Becks highly enough.

I can’t recommend training with Becks enough. She is an extremely knowledgeable and professional PT who takes the time to understand your goals and personalise your sessions to suit your ability/objectives. She gives great advice, is an amazing listener.The sessions are full on in a good way with a great pace and a mixture of HIIT and strength training, but she also works with you to improve areas like agility and balance so you get the full package from a fitness perspective. She monitors your results via mini challenges so you can discuss your progress. During the sessions she is encouraging, positive and patient. She demonstrates what to do, explains what muscles you are working and the reasoning behind a particular exercise, so you actually learn why you are doing something.I in no way consider myself an ‘outdoorsy person’ and I was unsure about training outside in all weather. I’ve been training with Becks throughout the whole winter and I am COMPLETELY bought into the benefits of outdoor training! Training in fresh air and daylight honestly makes you feel so great!I have seen really good results in the six months I have been training with Becks, my fitness has drastically improved and I’m happier, healthier, more confident and stronger. So go book that taster session and meet her, you won’t regret it!!

My training with Becks has got me out of a long period of not doing anything other than cycling the short distance to work and back. Her programme has really got me back on track. Becks demands full effort but understands and adjusts to what I can do. The exercises are fun and varied and we covered agility, strength, lots of core work and cardio fitness. My goal is working towards a half marathon now 11 weeks away and Becks has included strength exercises to complement this. Working outside has been great, even in January. Becks is very personable and has a holistic approach - it’s not just about the 20 sit-ups! I’d 100% recommend Becks to anyone.

Becks is a fantastic trainer. I started working with her a few months ago - although I was relatively fit, I had next to no upper body strength. I’m now a lot stronger, and much more confident about lifting weights - I can even do a couple of unassisted chin ups, and I’ve dropped a dress size. Becks has a huge amount of professional expertise as well as patience and great coaching skills - and every session is fun, and varied as well as challenging. At the end of our sessions (even the really tough ones!), I feel energised and much more confident about what my body can do.

I came to Becks with a low morale following 2 years of chronic back pain, it was the best decision! After 9 months I feel significantly stronger, I have less pain including tension headache and my body shape has improved too! I really enjoyed training outdoors even on cold winter mornings! She will push you just enough and will listen to your feedback.A great experience overall! Can’t recommend enough!
