Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Hyde

Rubbish, Zero Star, not sure how they doing business. My car was stolen and they were supposed to give me a curtesy car, they ask me to come on satarday to collect and when I went they said no car available, then asked to check on Monday and after more then a weeks week they could not arrange a curtesy car. they ask me to add 40£ more per day to get another car which is redicullus. A guy named Ryan was saying there is a system issue and for that they cant arrange a car which seems a lie after few days. I have medically condition old parents, a four months old baby also two other dependednts and they did this to me, I request many times but they said the same thing no car avaialble. If someone on the top official from enterprise reading this then please focus on this brach as a group of mupeds working here and will destroy your business reputation.

Courtesy car to be provided.First agreed appointment cancelled.Second appointment one hour late.Eventually was taken to there depot where the service was excellent.First class courtesy car and at the end of the day I'm happy.

Amir and the manager of the branch were so helpful and accommodating. They even discounted the extra insurance I took out with them! They even picked the car up from an address that I provided! That was extremely helpful to me.

We had specific requirements and issues with insurance communication which led to problem after problem. That being said Ghulam Haider is the most helpful,respectful and understanding face of the company you could wish for he strived to help us and chose to work late on two consecutive evenings just to help find us a vehicle to suit as we had a camping holiday booked and paid for in just a couple of days. Very high prices. Extortionate excess, £2000 per mark/dent/chip! Only thing going is they always have vehicles available. Staff were pleasant at the Hyde branch

My card was used by someone in this firm in this branch fraudulently. I rented a car on 14th of August and returned it on 17th of August but my card has been used yesterday by someone to rent a car and shop from Mc Donald while I am in US.

JLR sent my reservation to Hyde at 8am in the morning & I shortly received a friendly phone call from Lucy to say I would be in an executive 4x4 by the end of the day with an update before lunch. 2pm came & I’d heard nothing, so I rang through & was greeted by the most ‘couldn’t be bothered’ guy on the phone who informed me they were working on it and would keep me updated. I said I thought they had to have me In a vehicle within 2hrs as per policy & was told there was also no small vehicles on the ground that day- they’d even checked across the whole north west! I rang again at 4pm & was informed by the branch manager that they couldn’t find me a car despite her earlier promises. After a rude phone call from there end there was still nothing & JLR contacted the head office to raise the complaint for the poor level of service received. We swapped branches & the guys had me in a car within an hour & an executive 4x4 the following day.

Perfect car hire company simple and straight forward. The staff are vety helpful.Will use on my next trip from SA
