I honestly love & now know from recent use that this gem of a very welcoming place - even to our dog :) would have absolutely everything you're needing - everyone's go to when searching for something different is a very well known source but I'll definitely think twice in future & this place was also cheaper!

Extremely poor service. My elderly mother has been waiting since April 2023 for them to come and measure up at her home. She rang several times and was told she was in the diary. Eventually she called into the shop to ask when they were coming. Even after speaking in person they still did not bother to get in contact to arrange the appointment. She has been a loyal customer and introduced clients to them over the years since they first opened in 1959. I have just purchased a large house in the area and will now also be taking my business elsewhere for my total refurbishment. Poor show Anthony Cowie.

I would give a rating of no stars to this company if I could. My 82 year old grandmother has been miss treated by this company after being a loyal customer of over 20 years. In March 2020 she had dinning room chairs reupholstered. Unfortunately after the work the chairs were not comfortable anymore, rock hard to sit on. My grandmother has been into the shop many times to explain the problem and been told someone will call, but still to this day no call. I phoned the company myself yesterday and guess what no call back. Please would the owner of this company come back to my grandmother and sort out her problem, 16 months waiting is terrible customer service.
