Just want to share that I had a great customer service experience with Suzanne at the perfume counter. (Glasgow St.Enochs Centre.) She spent a lot of time with me, giving me testers and really listened to the scent profile that I liked. She also gave me a free spare lid for a perfume I’d previously purchased, as mine was broken and it was affecting the spray. Overall, I felt very attended to, Thankyou! x

The makeup staff are extremely friendly and informative! Nicole helped me find the correct foundation for my skin tone and gave some great recommendations for other products. Fantastic staff! ❤️⭐️

Shop was absolutely freezing. The women were walking around in coats, scarfs and looked so unhappy because it was so cold. Tried to complain about it but the manager, I think is called Emma? Didn’t come and speak to me.Another reason for 1 star is the girl Rhiannon served me today at fenty, she was so rude and I noticed she kept making faces at what I was saying. I felt very uncomfortable and ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I don’t think I will come into store again due to how unhappy and uncomfortable she made me. I have been in a lot in that boots, and have noticed that she doesn’t really work al she seems to do is sit on her phone and do her makeup

This is a wonderful boots store in city centre. Lots of medicine and baby staff. Also , the electrical devices you need in addition to body care section. You would love to have your perfume and for your partner. All these and even more in only one place. Boots St. Enoch Glasgow city centre.

i came into boots within the st Enoch centre and Rhiannon was so welcoming and lovely towards myself and my friend she tested myself to make sure I got the correct shade in foundation. I felt so reassured walking out of the store that I had bought the correct product❤️
