Absolutely amazing soft play for our daughter’s first birthday. The babies loved every second of playing! It was also brilliant that there was sides on the play area so they couldn’t nip off anywhere and were completely safe! Josh and Sam are so lovely and so efficient. The put up and take down took literally minutes and the service was first class. Would definitely recommend!

Great company. I held a big party for my cousins birthday in Gloucester and hired 6 castles. All of which were blown up successfully and on time. Very polite and friendly staff. They were also on time for collection. No hassle. Will be using these guys more often. Cheers for the good day!

Shocking treatment from these people. Highly recommended using any other company but this lot. Very rude and unprofessional. Unacceptable behaviour.These people DID NOT explain anything in person, but drove off and got the 'manager' to phone, with insulting & condescending treatment. The guys were not here long enough to assess whether the garden was big enough or if it had dog foul or not, so that is NOT going to wash as an excuse. The guys brought a 17 foot, instead of the 15 foot which was confirmed on our order a month ago. Perhaps our South African accent had a bearing on this entire situation. Very unpleasant, never to be repeated.

All round great service from King of the Castles from start to finish, with a very simple and easy booking process. The castle arrived to my address exactly on time and the gentleman that delivered it, Josh, was extremely polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable trustworthy service to ensure no unwanted surprises.
