Waited 2 and half hours for order. When phoned for an update they informed us that the order would be leaving the shop in 5 minutes. 5 minutes after that received a text to say our order is on its way, 20 minutes later phoned again as it had still not arrived, we were greeted with an obnoxious arrogant individual that would not accept he was in the wrong. He also refused to refund the order and refused to send the order. All we wanted was our waffles. This is not the way customers should be treated, stealing our money and treating us with contempt and arrogance is not on.

Best dessert place i have ever been!! The staff is lovely and friendly , the service is quick, the waffle was hot and had a good amount toppings, the milkshakes was thick and nice and the hot dogs was the worth it. Not overly priced.

Worse place I’ve ever ordered from I didn’t even get my order I placed a order at 10:30 it said it would be hear for 11:40-12:00 then they rang saying that the driver had been and couldn’t find my address I gave a number to contact me as my flat is upstairs and I won’t be able to hear knocking so they said they will come out to deliver it again then I look on my app and it’s been cancelled 1 hr 20 wait for nothing waste of time

KS is just what Leigh needed, somewhere you can feel really at peace and have lovely food. The desserts are amazing and different from your regular dessert place. Everything is made fresh which is great. I would definitely recommend the donuts.

So far this has been the best dessert place in Leigh. Absolutely delicious and not overly sweet. We had the luxury donuts and chocolate fudge cake.
