I went to Emma with a plea to help me alter a lehenga and top for a wedding a month later, I wasn’t sure what was doable as the top was too small the lehenga too big. Emma manged to fit me in and work her magic to alter my outfit to fit me perfectly. Emma was always contactable and kept me up to date during the process. I felt great on the day and that was thanks to Emma’s help when I came to her a bit last minute.

Emma very kindly came to my rescue after another seamstress let me down at the very last minute. I had lost a good bit of weight since I bought my dress so she had quite a bit of work to do. Her attention to detail was perfect. She did an amazing job. Absolutely perfect. During all of my fittings she was professional kind and listened to what I wanted and how I felt. The whole process was a lovely, calm and exciting experience.

Emma was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad she was. I am completely clueless when it comes to this sort of thing and Emma has been so helpful and given me amazing advice and support. I completely forgot that my wedding dress would need altering, a few months before my wedding I managed to contact Emma who was able to fit me in and help alter my dress to make it fit perfectly!The times I was with her I felt completely in safe hands and knew I would have my dream dress!The dress was slightly too long, too big and the straps needing shortening! Overall I was so, so happy with my dress and got so many compliments on it!10/10 would recommend and would use again if I needed any dress alterations!Thankyou for making everything perfect ❤️

Finishing Stiches went above and beyond from managing to fit me in when I’d had a last min change of heart with my dress. Emma is a good communicator and worked efficiently to deliver on my vision, ensuring that I was happy with the end result while practically testing how I would need to move on the day. She also added some finishing touches to my evening dress - the day was perfect and I was super happy with both of my dresses - thank you Emma!

I messaged Emma 6 months before my wedding and as soon as I knew my wedding dress would require some alterations. Emma replied almost immediately and I told her what I would like to change in my dress. I even sent some photos to show what I had in mind and Emma was always very accommodating and reassuring.Since I was getting married abroad, Emma booked our appointments well in advance so everything would be ready in time.I actually asked Emma to alter my wedding and evening dresses but as my wedding dress fitted so perfectly and I felt so amazing I ended up wearing it all evening.I'm very happy that I trusted Emma with my dresses and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.Thank you Emma, I'm forever grateful xx

She was amazing from start to finish and took so much care and thought in to making my wedding dress perfect. She even helped me out when I needed some of the off cuts from my dress. Emma did such an incredible job with my wedding dress! It fit me perfectly on the day and felt amazing. She made me feel so comfortable during appointments and had the dress ready well in time. She also did a fabulous job with my new husband’s wedding suit trousers! I would highly recommend Emma for any alterations you need and we will certainly be going to her again in the future.
