Great Boutique shop! with great style! The clothing is high-end quality and the customer service was warm, friendly and more importantly; experienced! I walked out of there feeling a million dollars, with a bag full of clothes that I am actually going to feel confident in. I was even personally shown top tips on the many different ways of how to wear a scarf - sounds simple, but what I was taught blew my mind.. not more square cut looks for me - just pure chique! Thank you! I haven't a successful shopping experience like that in years!

I hadn’t been living in new Milton long when I first came across River Stone, and every time I passed I thought “I love the stuff in there!” So when I went in I was very disappointed to be practically shoved out a few minutes later.The woman working in the store (who was on the phone when I came in) came over to me within seconds of me walking through to doors to ask if I was looking for anything in particularI said no, because I was just browsing, as you do on a weekend. And with that she said “oh well I don’t think we will have anything in here for you, this is for more mature women”I’m 28 for goodness sake! I’m not some 12 year old. I’m a grown woman looking for clothes. I shouldn’t have my clothing choice be determined by someone else who doesn’t know a thing about my fashion preferences.Feeling rather shocked and quite frankly offended, I left sharpish.If anyone were to ask me if I’d recommend them, I’d say no purely on the customer service.
