This has happened multiple times at this Nero, so it's about time I posted a review, as I will not be going back. The service in this Nero is awful. I had to just walk out in the end!At the busiest times staff will do random jobs instead of serving waiting customers at peak times. This leaves a trainee to do all online and in person orders at once. Ps This also means the coffee can taste awful too, since it's rushed. The manager who just sat on their laptop at the time was doing nothing to help, when it was obvious help was needed - not the first time I've seen this happen!Overall what I can see here is bad management and this needs to change, as unneeded stress is put on employees. Probally why there is such a large throughput of employees in the shop!

As a treat to myself, on a Friday I take myself into this Café Nero before work and get a large Hazelnut café latte, I am a creature of habit, usually they are pretty good, sometimes better than others, however, whomever the barista was this morning, didn't catch their name but had a distinguishable brachiosaurus on a skateboard tattoo on the back of their arm tattoo.. deserves a pay rise. That was by far the best Hazelnut café latte I have ever had, I took my first sip and it blew my mind all the way to the last sip. I hope they are working again next Friday morning so I can see if it was a fluke or if indeed they are the most gifted of baristas in Belfast.
