No customer service, have called over ten times and emailed to organise a refund for lighting I paid for that they ended up not having in stock.

Received my blue dragonfly table lamp today and must express how pleased I am with it. I ordered this before Christmas and was advised that delivery would be early January and it has arrived as promised. The lamp is fabulous and brilliant addition to our living room. The lamp was well packed for shipping and delivered by DHL without any damage.

What a fantastic range of Tiffany lights! I contacted the company on a few occasions regarding queries, and was most impressed by the friendly and professional guidance and help I received from Ben. Any emails sent were answered quickly and efficiently. Living in Northern Ireland I was also a little concerned as to whether the lamps I ordered would arrive in good condition. I was thrilled when they arrived, superbly packed and on the day arranged. I cannot recommend this company enough and thank Ben and his team for allaying all my fears. A first class company and service who go out of their way to satisfy the customer, superb.

Cannot praise Ben & Neil & this company enough!...They are prompt, so friendly & professional nothing was to much trouble for them as I had a few queries which they dealt with immediately. My Metropolitan Tiffany Lamp which was our present to each other for 40yrs of Marriage looks STUNNING on my hall table I could not be any happier - infact I am now looking for a Tiffany lamp for my Dining Room. I have ordered several lamps from Tiffany Lighting and have only had great experiences with them. The most recent lamp I ordered was delayed (due to both the pandemic and Brexit), but they guys let me know early on and asked if I wanted to wait or cancel. I chose to wait, and they updated me as they got more information. I have always had a reply by email within 24 hours of getting in touch, which I think is excellent. The quality of the products they offer is amazing, and I will be very happy to return in the future.

Placed order for two outdoor wall lights with PIR and received delivery of two cheap indoor wall lights . Wrong lights delivered.Shall update this review if and when I get a response and delivery of the actual lights ordered.Totally disappointed and dissatisfied.

Ordered 5 x wall lights. The lights are beautiful and a good price but the customer service is non existent. Order didn’t arrive on time and no reply to my emails asking where it was. Fortunately it did arrive eventually but the fact they couldn’t reply to me to let me know what was going on was poor customer service and would put me off ordering again.
