Great dental care being delivered under the NHS. Feedback, even when negative is received constructively and addressed promptly. The reception team are efficient and friendly, and the dental team are thorough and professional. I have been a patient at the practice for many years and only had to complain once throughout that time.

This is a good dental practice with friendly staff and they are very helpful when you need swift treatment. They have a tight schedule with lots of patients to see which means they sometimes run a bit late and seem rushed. All workplaces are like that now! I definitely recommend this practice. Thank you.

Borrowash Dental Centre
Used the new sign in portal easily, both before attending and to sign in for my appointment. Everything clearly explained in the email I received from the surgery.Will admit I was nervous about attending, instantly put at ease by the lovely receptionist.They have put everything in place to keep the patients and themselves safe.Friendly and relaxed atmosphere...as always.

Been to this dentist today and saw a newbie at the practice Dr Owen, he gave me a check up, very gentle and actually talked to me not 'over' me, quite refreshing.All staff, from the Dentists to Receptionists are caring, friendly, accessible and certainly respectful. Would recommend this Dental Centre to everyone.

My husband and I joined this dental practice and had our first appointment Saturday just gone. We were more than impressed with the whole experience, the receptionist is full of knowledge about the practise and all it offers, he’s extremely friendly and helpful.The dental nurse is lovely, confident, helpful and puts you at ease. The dentist, Dr Chand was amazing. So professional in his approach, he made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed, he was thorough, he took time to explain everything, Dr Chand went above and beyond any other dentist we have been to before. I am a very nervous patient and have been completely put at ease here, we are so great full we have found this practise.

rude and abusive I had a horrible experience with this being, during the consultation I had to look at my photos to show an x-ray of my teeth, so he could understand my case better and I was surprised by a reprimand, that doesn't seem like normal behavior to me, of course I I have the right to touch my cell phone, even when it is in the interest of both of us! after this embarrassment, he still had to look at the x-ray photo again, who is not willing to accept abusive conduct, avoid this place.

Dr Chand has been my dentist since I moved to Derby in 2009 and he provides a high quality, patient focused service. In the past, when I’ve had to see him for urgent treatment, he’s been very flexible and helpful. I like being able to have a choice of NHS or private treatment, depending on my needs. There is convenient car parking in the nearby co-op. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Excellent advice and service!!!I had a very troubling tooth and Dr Anil Chand( Dentist) made sure that I knew all the consequences extracting the tooth, when it came to the extraction he made me feel very comfortable and didn’t even know when the toith had been taken outHighly Recommend

I have been a patient at Borrowash Dental Centre for a large number of years. I have always found the staff at all levels, very helpful.However recently they have all gone the extra mile.Having broken 2 teeth in one day, I have had 4 appointments this week involving 3 procedures to ensure all treatment is completed in time for Christmas.Dr Chand, his Dental Nurses and Reception Staff, have been amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming without being intrusive. All options available are clearly explained. Patient safety and confidentiality are paramount.5* care. Thank you all.

Been with Surgery a good few years but went today 9.6.23 and the new locum is magic didnt even feel my injections in gum or my extraction today she's very good and lovely aswell it's a good Dentist
