Thames Valley Garage

I went to this garage for a normal service as they are very close to where I live and their rating is very high. They are very expensive and the staff is rude as well. They said they could do the job when I booked the service just to find out they can't when I took the car to them. I only wasted time and money. And when I tried to speak to someone and tell them that next time they shouldn't say they can do a job when they know they can't, he replied saying that next time I should not take the car to them. It really seems to me that the rating here is from friends and family as it doesn't reflect at all their level of service. Do not recommend to anyone!

I have used this garage for the last 4 years based on recommendations and reviews for MOT's, repairs and servicing. Never had any issue yet always reliable and find a solution. Now my entire family use this garage.

They do MOT for council too and they are very understanding and helpful, I have many cars all of them I bring to their garage as they always tell em to change things and tell em what to look out for in the future. That way my car is always in good condition.

I honestly cannot praise this garage enough.I’ve visited them 4 times now - once for an SOS shock absorber - they were the only garage who managed to fit me in so close to Christmas last year. Both the MOT’s were quick and very fairly priced (you can also sit and wait) every time on those occasions they made sure my washer fluid etc was topped up and I was safe - completely free and today which honestly topped it. I took my car for rear brakes and a service - the car was looking a bit worse for ware on the inside but being a shift working nurse I just don’t have the time. I came back to collect it and they’d given it a full outside and inside wash! And didn’t want anything for it! Such caring people that genuinely go out of their way for customers - would 10000% recommend every time.
