Purely Dental

Like everyone I was not looking forward to having my root canal work done. It was so much easier than I was expecting not an ordeal at all. Tom was great and Hannah was reassuring and professional. Must give a mention to Hope who was as always kind, efficient and empathetic.

The practice has improved so much over the past year or so. Much more professional whilst retaining its welcoming and friendly service. The reception and assistants are lovely. I've had fantastic service experience with dentist Kate and hygienist Laura over the past few months. Thank you Purely Dental !

I have been going to this practice for over 20 years and excellent service throughout all this time. Tom and Kate are the dentists that I have seen recently and appreciate their manner and skill. Through check-ups and the filling that I have just had was as pleasant an experience as it can be with each step being explained and very little pain felt. Good experiences with all the hygienists. Appreciate the option of the practice plan as I dental issues that require attention from time to time which means I am less worried about any surprises.

My 7 year old son needed to have a baby tooth removed after a grown up tooth was pushing a hole into it. He was nervous, as was I.The dentist, Tom, was incredibly patient and made sure to explain exactly what he was going to do, even showing my son all of the tools and what their function was. He continued to do this during the procedure as well and crucially did not talk down to him, I believe that this really helped my son relax. He also gave clear post-care instructions (and of course a sticker).Tom answered all of the questions that myself and my son had and the procedure was quick and easy. I was concerned that my son may end up with a fear of the dentist but that’s not been the case at all

Cannot recommend this practice enough, called and had my tooth removed the same day and all the staff were so friendly, Sarah was amazing and put me at complete ease with my teeth extractions. The reception staff were lovely and not to mention all of the pricing for the work was very fair not as high as I had expected. 10/10 and can’t thank you more !

Purely dental was recommended by my husband & children.Waiting for cancer treatment to finish I knew I needed quite a bit of work doing & visiting the dentist makes my anxious. Sara assured me that Tom was the dentist for me & she was spot on. Tom reassured me by taking small steps also informed of what treatment I needed & planned with me a schedule & how much it would cost.As soon as you walk in Sara makes you at ease , Hope has also helped along my path of treatment & kept me occupied & supported Tom during my treatment.
