Great opticians. They are patient and thorough with their eye assessment. I've been to Boots /Specsavers for many years and felt it busy and rushed. Going to Andrew Bolton was a breath of fresh air and relaxing experience. In addition, glasses range is very good and of high quality. It great to support local!

I have been going to Andrew Bolton for eye test for a good number of years and am always impressed by the professionalism shown. I never feel under pressure to purchase Prescription Reading Glasses, but this year I did, and am ver y pleased with both the quality, speed of service and price.

Best optician I have ever had - the examinations are extremely thorough and well explained very well in layman’s terms. On both recent examinations, there were abnormalities - Andrew phoned the hospital for immediate advice and followed it up by email. I received a detailed reply within the day.Would highly recommend the quality of the service.I don’t normally do reviews but the service is so good that others need to know as well and benefit from it!

I don't usually post reviews but really wanted thank Andrew for my eye appointment. I booked an eye exam for a vision concern, Andrew was very thorough with my eye exam, explained his thoughts and findings in detail, and even sent notes to my gp shortly after and followed up with me. Covid-19 rules were followed very well at the location and there was zero pressure to buy new glasses. It was honestly the best eye exam I have ever had. Thank you so much Andrew! I am recommending you to all my family and friends.

Andrew is a very knowledgeable, methodical optician who over the years has embraced new technology to improve the service offered. I have been using Andrew Bolton opticians for some years now and have always been most impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and choice of spectacle frames.I recently ordered a new pair of glasses - the staff were most helpful in suggesting which frames were most suitable. These were ready within a few days and at the time this particular brand were on sale at half price!My intention is to continue using this opticians for any future new or updated glasses I may require.Highly recommended!

Never post reviews but Andrew Bolton is an amazing opticians with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Have been here for both eye trauma and regular check ups - both times I felt very satisfied with the outcome. Eye checks are extremely thorough and tailored to any symptoms you may be having. No pressure to buy glasses if not necessary. This place is a hidden gem!
