Apexx Flooring

In October 2021 We chose to use Apexx flooring, as the owner spoke as if he knew exactly what he was doing.We wanted our Bathroom and en-suite floors laying with Karndean flooring. We have experienced Karndean flooring at another property and we were delighted with the results.Apexx laid the Karndean leaving gaps between the panels, some panels were lifting, with white sealent used on grey flooring, very scruffy sealent and patchy. A TOTAL SHAMBLESMarch 2022, despite numerous attempts and false promises BY APEXX/PHILLIPS, this still hasnt been resolved. AVOID APEXX/PHILLIPS AT ALL COSTSThankfully, we have not and will not be paying anything for this total shambles.Both Karndean Head Office and The Contract Flooring Association have been fully informed about Apexx/Phillips flooring and their appaling workmanship and customer service.
