If u want to solve any problem with Vodafone, just don’t go to this shop, rude staff and not helpful at all! They didn’t solve my problem and didn’t give me another option… I would recommend to go to poole than waste your time there

I've been with Vodafone phone for quite a few years now I've just received an email giving me details about them opening back up again they have putting certain measures to to combat coronavirus the Bournemouth store is now open that opening times may vary and they suddenly change you have to keep checking at the store locator they call it protecting you each store has been deep cleaned and alcohol based hand out with now available at the entrance they have also put protective screens in and have installed them at customer service points every one of them they've limited the number of customers allowed in store at any one time to maintain social distancing guidelines they are to remain cashless to reduce contamination and wait times and they've removed every phone and tablet from their store displays to reduce further contamination risk each team member has their own dedicated service point to reduce the risk of cross-contamination shift patterns are in place to make sure colleagues also work within the same people and they've asked their team to avoid public transport and continue working from home if they can but if they have to come into store they are to do so on foot or a push bike or a scooter.I have to save it this this is fantastic what Vodafone doing they are helping out in ways that we need as a country right now now I was also look at at the amount of of customer care customer service at the guys have I've been having problems getting out of hospital to pay my bills but Vodafone have been fantastic Nick now so I have built up a good rapport with them most of my family colleagues friends and Vodafone and they agree that Vodafone is the best network out there some of the staff they have have the main one for me is John at the Bournemouth dance is a world of knowledge and and I find it refreshing to find a company that likes to help the customers first the way it should be away Britain used to be so I would like to thank you Vodafone understanding and thank you for your support whilst I have been ill the last few months thank you very much Vodafone Nick Jeffery CEO has done a fantastic job at looking after people like me so once again thank you

NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM VODAFONE.Worst experience ever in the UK. This happened on 22 June, we were a bunch of friends going to enquire about the schemes Vodafone provides related to iPhone.Just when we were about to enter the store, some assistant rudely asked us to ONLY" come in if we were going to buy something instead of being humhle and polite. This experience felt racist and extremely rude. Instead of letting us know the schemes he just asked us "NOT" to step inside. That was very rude and unnecessary!!I would request the store manager to teach him some manners and etiquettes on how to treat the customers. I wish I could know his name

Visited the shop about a week ago, just before my contract expired with Three. I decided to change network due to bad coverage. I'm quite pleased with the reception in most of the areas in town where Three wouldn't work.In shop I was greeted by Lauren who helped me a lot with choosing the package that would suit me the most. She was extremely polite and helpful, hence the whole thing was sorted very promptly and smoothly. I was also offered to take on an extra number for a discounted price which was quite reasonable. Due to my work, both days I had to visit the shop near the closing times, which wasn't issue at all for the staff to stay few minutes overtime and deal with customers.

Absolutely disappointing experience, I moved to the UK in November and wanted to take a broadband service, they should have known that due to having no credit history, my check would fail but they still went ahead and did a hard check and guess what, it failed.Now, thanks to them, I have started my journey in the UK on a negative note.Simply dissatisfied with their lack of awareness and guidance to someone who has moved to a new country.

After dropping my phone on Sunday (25th) and smashing the screen, it died!II took the phone to the shop in Bournemouth and was fortunate to be greeted by the manager Harrison, as the other servers were busy... I cant thank him enough for the support he gave me!He spent time sorting out my best options... of which I came out with a new phone and a new contractHe was extremely busy that day, but gave me the time as well as supporting his team with other queries.Thank you so much Harrison for making my day... E
