Vermuyden Care Ltd

I worked for vermuyden care for nearly 2 years! I genuinely loved working for these until old management left, didn’t feel supported by new management and couldn’t raise any concerns as they are all family or good friends with each other! I was called useless because I couldn’t pick any more shifts up as my mum has cancer completely took all my work off me ( only given me 6 to 8 hours a week ) to 4 hours a week would of been 0 if my client didn’t refuse! All because I stated I was going to get second job and was told NO I wasn’t a loud to work for another care company! I had to work all around Doncaster so I would been out house for several hours only to be paid for in house! I had my NVQs was told yes I would get £13.50 hour they refused it and stated I was on bank when I wasn’t! So I left with immediate effect! I wasn’t given proper training only by mamanger in a room and was reading off booklet which i could of done at HOME! Had to take them to court for my last money owned and now having to take action for my pension which was never paid!!Iv also had to call the police regarding the director harassing me for leaving a review which is causing me stress at my current work place.I’m still waiting for my pension!!! Will be 2 years in February

The care this company provided for a family member was second to none. Vermuyden care showed compassion, understanding, patience and above all else, treat with dignity. The ladies at the office were always on hand to answer any questions and to talk me through anything I needed to know. There was never a problem reaching out of hours and the management team were always polite and extremely helpful. 5 stars from me and my family

Lovely company, manager's always taking the staffs feeling and life issues into consideration and making them feel comfortable to talk about them and letting the staff know they can always come to them with any issues lovely place highly recommended to anyone looking for a well paid job in care
