Great staff and manager.. Took time to make us feel welcome and time to take care of social distancing. Beer good, atmosphere good and loads to watch sat with a cold pint on the outside seats..

My hubby and I have had a wonderful weekend in Bath and had the pleasure of finding The Ram at Widcombe. We had a fabulous fun couple of days, with friendly locals like Tony and outstanding bar staff like Dylan who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Thank you.

Did not eat here, just popped in for a drink, but what we had was lovely, and the young lady behind the bar was very helpful especially with our friends dog.

It's a good pub in the lovely Claverton Street which has a a great selection of shops and eateries. Well kept , clean and tidy toilets and a short walk from the little car park at top of road. I would have had food here but only popped in for a couple of welcome ales. Worth a look in as you rest from browsing the shops.

Rude staff, dull atmosphere, a customer asking for a bowl of water for his dog was told no how heartless is that it was a hot day, and a couple of customers had a pie that cost over £10, and it was served in a metal dish, and I noticed that it was ran under a tap not put through a dishwasher, I will not be going there again

[edit] I will have to return, the pub itself has a lot of potential under new management!Wouldn’t let designated driver get water, coffee or tea. Did not allow non-drinkers to get water without an alcoholic drink and said there was no place for them. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a pub before, they were so awful omg. It’s also really expensive, this place is terrible.

To think this lovely place with its spacious garden was once an old boozer's pub absolutely blows my mind. Light and airy venue with fantastic friendly staff and my favorite menu. I love this place

Good selection of beers and ales, almost non existent selection of whisky and rum, certainly none for sippers which needs addressing.

They were extremely unfriendly towards us. They told us to get out because we stopped at their pub to use the washroom. My friend ordered a drink. So I don't know why they're so rude to us. Using the toilet is an essential need. We were tourist and we got this kind of behaviour from them even after ordering.

Bar staff could do with lessons in social skills !!!! Trying to pick arguments with customers is not the way to get customers ? As A Bathonian the Ram used to be a good Pub ? But is now of any pub craw list to tourists or family. The bar staff have right to not serve someone if they believe that they have had enough! But not try to cause a fight ! Better to explain and say I will not serve you because I believe you have had enough .This happened on Saturday the 25th November to a group of 3 over 50yr olds.At approx 10.30pm.Also the little step by the bar is a health and safety problem.Thankfully nobody fell over only tripped .Which seemed to give the impression that one of the 3 had drunk to much .As I said a better and more professional way of handling this situation was more appropriate.and not the aggressive manner in the way it was. As. Drinker in Bath pubs for over 40 years I have never come across aggression of this kind from bar staff.
