Nice and easy post office very rarely busy the guys don’t waste unnecessary time by over chatting I travel past a post office on my way to this one. Keep up the good work guys!

Post Office part of the shop closes at 13:30 on a Saturday, good luck finding that information either online or even in/on the store.That was day 2 of 3 trying to get my parcel, finally got it after standing at an empty counter for long enough to wonder if I was being pranked.But it's not all bad, at least the staff are only borderline hostile.

The worst post office I've ever dealt with. If you want to see terrible customer service, especially from the middle age man who works there come here! I was the only customer there in front of him and I said good morning he ignored me and he took my parcel and threw it away behind his back even though i said thank you he ignored me again. I can't support a business that treats customers as if they're totally worthless.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!!!TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSEMr Patel (owner and manager of the post office) have me an incorrect receipt on 01/12/23 for a signed for delivery. He gave me another customers tracking number dated 06/11/23. I had not realized until the retailer got back to me saying that it was dated incorrectly as I trusted I would get the correct receipt.I went back in today to try and get it, giving them the date and address I sent it to. They said my transaction wasn't there and was speaking to a colleague in a different language I could not understand. He stopped speaking to me for a while at this point, and his other colleagues had left. He then eventually just walked away. I assumed he may have been doing something away from the till to assist me, after a few minutes I called out for help, a lady from the pharmacy got him back out again.I asked what was going on as he walked away without resolving it. He then turned it around on me, blaming me for coming into the post office after 5pm even though their online hours are open til 6pm. If he had given me the correct receipt when I sent the parcel I would not have had to come into the store for it to be corrected.I need this receipt as it was a returned item for a retailer that asked me to send proof of the tracking. As I don't have this information I am unable to pass it on to the retailer, and unable to confirm it has actually been put through the till system as they could not find my transaction. Very strange considering it left my bank account with the date reference of 01.12I am absolutely shook that someone could speak to me in the manner that they did. He was completely disrespectful and blamed me, even though it was his mistake. I did not receive an apology. I will never return to this office.The best part is, if he had not made this mistake I wouldn't have had to return. To turn it around and blame me is hysterical! Additionally I have to put a complaint through the Post Office website.

The worst post office I've ever dealt with. If you want to see terrible customer service, come here! Each time I go (they're unfortunately my local one) they sink to a new low. I was the only customer there in front of the booth, neither member of staff acknowledged me or even made eye contact. I said good morning to them and they carried on for several minutes as if I was invisible. Eventually I asked, politely, if they were serving... reluctantly they said they were. It's like we're doing them a favour! Next time I will actually go anywhere but this one, even if it means having to drive. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. They helped me with the details that I never knew about the post office services. Glad to have them all the time.

Every time I visit they are incredibly rude. Will ignore you while chatting with their friends/colleagues. Haven’t once said hello or thank you. Go anywhere else, they don’t deserve your business.

The worst post office I’ve ever been into. This is the second time I return to this post office and I’ve already regretted it. The older member of the staff is very rude to women. The normal post office till was closed, there was no sign to advise so and after waiting for a few minutes in the queue he nodded to me to go to the normal shop till. Not an apology not even talking like a human being.The first time I came here I was returning a large parcel which he didn’t want to take blaming it on the postman’s van being too small. I insisted he takes it and the parcel reached destination as expected.I strongly suggest the Royal Mail to read the reviews for this place and give them a serious notice to either sort themselves out or pull their facility from their shop as this only does damage to the Royal Mail brand, service and revenue.
