Delivery: 1/10Service: 3/10Food: 5/10To begin with, the food was 30-50 minutes late - when I rang up, the person answer the phone was helpful but rude. After the call the food arrived promptly, but the food itself wasn’t the best.The chips were cold, and the milkshakes both tasted the same (even though a Terry’s chocolate orange milkshake shouldn’t taste like almonds). I was also missing a chips. The chicken was good, alongside the cake and burger but overall let me down.

Ordered from here for a while now but this is the last time we got burnt and crispy kebab so phone them up and he just argued and said it is ordered in and put in the microwave

Placed an order at 4.16pm and came at 5.32 pm. Spoke to staff member on phone who was rude and hung up on me and even told me that my food was being prepared using fresh" doner meat. What utter cr@p!!! The doner meat was nowhere near fresh

Chick-Fill-A ....... normally don't have a bad word to say about this place but this is an absolute joke... inedible naan bread if thts what it were(rock solid) could smashed someone's window with it.... kebab was cold and over done and looks like its been microwaved heated from the next day ....and I did ask for salad but I think they gave me a little bit to much for my liking..... won't be going bk

Well chips were stuck together dont know how.but they were and the chicken burger well.i couldn't eat it was that dry and tough it had to.go.in the bin

Chick-Fill-A Fried & Grilled Chicken
Ordered over an hour ago on the Blackpool Eats app, only ordered 2 items and apparently they're still preparing it. On the app, it says your food will be here by 4:10pm. It's now 4:36pm. I don't think it's takes over an hour to make 2 items, and not even setting off for delivery yet (considering I live on Talbot Road, literally just down the road from the actual shop.)To add insult to injury, their phone number is off. So this means I can't even ring them to see what's going on with the food I've paid for. Terrible service. I'm suprised this place isn't shut down, considering their absolutely appalling reviews. May want to either go under new management or take a hint, Chick-Fill-A. You're making a terrible name for yourself. How hard is it to make 2 items and deliver them not even 5 minutes down the road.

I wouldn't feed my dog the cr@p they serve from here. They also go under the name American pizza and Chicken on Blackpool eats.The food ( it's that what you can call it) was an hour late, it was cold on arrival and for the price they charge, absolutely awful.I paid for a meal deal, with a chicken wrap. I don't know what part of the chicken was on it but it certainly wasn't edible.So, you phone to complain , only to be told they were late because they're busy. Your food isn't good enough to be busy!!When complaining about the quality, their response, you saw the menu and picked it yourself". No apologies

Grsg pizza would buy from there again. 1 milkshake tasted strange bueno 1. The chips get cold fast but the chicken calazonie yummy 5 stars just can be busy buy not always. I always go here x

Went to this chicken shop yesterday 6pm 15/09/2022 ordered 2 portion of chicken wings meal and 1 chicken strip meal .the gentleman with glass on very rude behaviour I don't think he has any training for customer service. I have paid full amount of money (priced)never Iasked any discount or any extra. He putet 4 pieces of wings each pack instead of 6 .the chicken was really old and dry dark cooler. I don't understand where to complain. This why writing here. I did asked him how many pieces inside he said 6.and answer was really aggressive. I believe he is a Muslim guy. A Muslim should not behave like this rude and should not charge money without giving my order correctly. Will never go again.
