Had my initial consultation yesterday and I must say it was 10/10.I was worried I may have felt pressured to start a treatment and bombarded with hard sell tactics, but I am happy to say that was not the case.Didn't wait long at all to be seen, and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water.I was seen by the lovely Parminder (apologies if I have mis-spelled) and she was so informative and thorough.She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I look forward to starting my treatment in March :)

I found it very difficult to write a review because it could never really describe how amazing the MiSmile team are. Instead, I'll just try to cover the main points.Dr Harman worked with me throughout my treatment and was an irreplaceable part of it. He is very friendly, understanding and patient. The kind of person you would want undertaking this sort of treatment with.Elaine (who I believe is the primary receptionist) is one of the most caring, polite, kind, and helpful people I've ever known. There were others too in the team that I have think very positively of.MiSmile's covid response was excellent, their communication was great and they were also very assuring/encouraging to those like myself who weren't legally allowed to meet them and progress treatment due the lockdown restrictions.As for the treatment itself, I am very happy with the outcomes. Sure there was tolerable 'peaks' of pain, cleaning your teeth is a bit more of a core, and some expense but it was one of the best investments I have ever made in myself in which I do not regret in any way.Many associate orthodontic treatment with teenagers, hence some who are 20+ wouldn't consider it in fear of appearing to be 'behind' or 'too old' and other stigmas. I was 27 when I started treatment and now better off it to so I do not allow you believe these false narratives!If you have any niggling concerns about the way your teeth look, please do arrange an appointment with this amazing team to discuss your options for treatment. People are generally happier when they experience the benefits of making good life decisions at an earlier age and this is one of those decisions.

I have recently finished treatment and I am very happy with the end results. My dentist Abir was amazing always polite and friendly. She genuinely has a passion to help customers achieve the best possible outcome as she takes time explaining everything clearly and answering any questions or concerns. From the start she said if there’s anything I need help with I should always call the practice.The admin team was also outstanding every time I would call them, I was always greeted very pleasantly and any query I had they were able to give me a clear answer. Not once did I notice a dip in the quality of service it was consistently excellent each time.Overall, my experience with Mismile exceeded all my expectations as it one of the best medical providers I have ever interacted with. Everything was explained to me clearly from the start and I knew exactly what to expect.

I am so so impressed with this incredible practice.The moment you walk in, you are welcomed by Priya who is very friendly and puts you at ease.I saw Oliver and Vivian for my examination and they were brilliant. Oliver is an exceptional clinician and a credit to the profession.I had my hygiene visit with Karen and Nikelle who were wonderful and did a fantastic job.Such a brilliant team and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have just finished my treatment with Mismile and I’m extremely happy with my end results.From the day I went to my first appointment, the staff was very friendly and kind!I’m super pleased with my Invisalign journey and composite bonding carried out by Dr Ghiz alongside Vivian. Dr Ghiz is very profesional, friendly and caring, he explained the whole process thoroughly and always made sure I knew he was available if I ever had questions or issues.I would happily recommend the services to anyone thinking of having Invisalign!

I recently completed my treatment with Dr Shaikh. Absolutely wonderful experience. The whole team, Nikelle, Priya and Parm were all very lovely and welcoming. The receptionists are super helpful and kind when you visit.I was happy with all of my checkups and I was given appointments straight away if I had any problems with my Aligners.Would 100% recommend.
