Perfect experience so far with the dealership, dealt with Patrick from the start and has been a pleasure any issues I Seen when first viewing the car was fixed before picking it up and constant communication with the whole process of buying the car. One small issue with the car has appeared however this has been promised to be resolved. Could not fault the experience so far in any way. Would highly recommend

Bought a BMW 320d A few months ago, had a couple of issues with the car since.They got back in contact with me when I raised these issues and have fixed one of them and the other issue is going in to get fixed with them asap as it will need a few days to fix. I’m outside the 3 month warranty period and they have still gone out their way and fixed my issues. Very much appreciated!

Absolutely shocking service from about 5 days after purchase. Did not register new vehicle in my name. Cost me £25 to do so. Did not re-register part ex in there name. Then had unpaid fine from tyne tunnel when they used my part ex (no mot) 2 months later which I have had to pay(£62.20)Won't take any phone calls or answer texts or emails.AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUEI had to inform the police that I no longer own this vehicle as they still are choosing to drive it illegally.Avoid them and save you the hassle I have been subjected to.

Sold car to me with no working key fob. Was promised they world sort me 2 new keys. No log book for the car, again was told that they had sorted everything with the DVLA. Tried to contact many times but given false promises. Had to order a new V5 and keys out of my own pocket.I dot like leaving poor reviews but this deserved it.
