The Gleneagles Hotel

Service that goes above and beyond expectations. You get the warmest welcome as soon as you step out of your vehicle. The venue is exquisite and there is not a single detail left to chance. Pure luxury at every turn. There are loads of activities, although we were there for the golf. The golf courses were among the best in the world. I used the gym as well which was well equipped and maintained. We've come literally half way across the world to experience this place and it was worth it.

Unfortunately I didn't stay overnight so that is why I have not rated the rooms. Service in the rest of the hotel was excellent as expected, polite, professional with a willingness to please and ensure everyone gets first class service. The location is outstanding with golf course onside and the ability to undertake most outdoor pursuits.

Service - The staff is what sets this place above and beyond other leading hotels. The ratio between staff and in-house guests must have been nearly 2:1. Front desk staff are great. Amazing shooting facilities, a shout out to Dave the instructor great bloke. Falconry set up is well worth a visit. Spa was commandeered by kids but think the adults pool is under refurb.

Facilities at the spa are exceptional. Had the most relaxing day. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. The lunch was healthy and delicious. My massage therapist was amazing. I had a lovely foot massage and an all over body massage both of which I highly recommend.Left the spa feeling so refreshed. Really delicious cakes available in the cafe which we bought to take home.

Spend the most wonderful 24 hours here for my 'big' birthday recently. From check-in to departure, the whole experience was fabulous.The staff are outstanding. Our bags were taken on arrival and dropped in our room. We went for lunch, cocktails and dinner. The service was fantastic everywhere. The room was luxurious. Every whim was catered for. We were so sad to leave.We did the owl experience at The Mews. The keepers were so knowledgeable and interesting.The estate looks beautiful especially with all the festive decor. Just magical ✨️.

Your check in staff are the best I’ve experienced and was the same checking out…they set the tone for the whole experience along with planning your next visit and Andy who helped us at the door was lovely. The attention to detail is exceptional, from customer service by every team member to the standard of decoration in every detail everywhere in the hotel being flawless. The spa was immaculate, the massage was good but not amazing. The food was fantastic in your restaurants and room service was great too. We will be rebooking for October bringing our 8 year old and Granny - this is purely by the subliminal suggestions of the fantastic girl that was working at the side checkout desk who was amazing. There's a reason this hotel is so iconic, you can't fault a single thing about the staff or the service that they provide. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and goes out of their way to be helpful. The woodland Christmas decorations this year are absolutely stunningThe gym is well equipped and has everything you need to get a good sweat on. If I could stay here every month I absolutely would.

Had a fantastic stay at The Gleneagles Hotel! The room was absolutely beautiful, very large with gorgeous decor. The service was wonderful. We ate in the Birnam and food was amazing. Breakfast had so many wonderful choices. We loved it so much we've booked to go again!

One of the best day spa experiences I’ve had. I had the Tata Harper facial and left with glowing skin. The spa facilities were excellent - the cascade waterfall was very powerful and gave a very deep massage. The relaxation area outside of the treatment rooms were also very beautifully designed. Overall the experience was fantastic and the grounds of the hotel were also beautiful. I will definitely come back for a stay.
