Great service as always from this dentist. Happy to recommend. They are worth travelling to if you don’t live locally. Public car park right next door is a bonus.

I came in as an extra (emergency) and they were fantastic! Not the biggest fan or dentist but these were brilliant. I've now registered with them and couldn't ask for anything better

I was in awful pain with an abcess under the root,my jaw had swollen very badly,Mr Quinn extracted the tooth pain free,I did not feel a thing,absolutely brilliant dentist.

I had the first check up appointment with my new dentist, Rebecca, today. She was friendly, professional & although no treatment was necessary this time, explained everything in detail. I wish her all the best in her future at Lowerbank.

Made an appointment at the practice, chronic toothache ,Mr Quinn sorted the problem swiftly and pain free .above all helped me feel as calm as possible. Great service .

Staff and dentist are very friendly. I've always been able to get an appointment very quickly when I have an urgent problem. There can be a long delay in getting a routine appointment for follow-on treatment. The place is clean and tidy and gives the feeling that everything is well managed.

I hadn't been to the dentist for 20 years all my teeth were broken I went to see Rodger hoolock he removed them all I felt no pain whatsoever he talked me through the process step by step now I have a beautiful set of dentures I am just sorry I hadn't met him 20 years ago this is a very special dental practice run by people who care

Staff cancelled my appointment without me knowing all because I asked if they had any availability sooner and when told, no I responded with okay leave it untouched for now and keep the appointment but somehow it was cancelled instead. Half day off work gone to waste and no sympathy for staff.I should note I've been to this dentist for years and been seen by Colin however this seems to have been a one off and hopefully not repeatedEDIT - -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Susan the Practice Manager contacted me the next day and apologised for the error on behalf of the practice and has now offered a free replacement appointment.Very quick to respond and very polite, Thankyou Susan.

Took my money for an emergency, kept talking, said they’d do XYZ did not do it cleaned a few teeth instead. Left me in agony. Fobbed me off.If it was possible to give them zero stars that is what they deserve.
