I cannot recommend this shop highly enough - it's fantastic, and I was so thrilled when it opened earlier in the year. When you stop by, be sure to treat yourself to some Fiveways Granola - it's absolutely excellent - the best I've ever found - with whole almonds, coconut and lots of delicious ingredients.

A great place to buy all sorts of sundries without packaging, or in cardboard and paper. There is flour, rice, pasta, herbs, quinoa, soap, and even a machine that turns peanuts into peanut butter before your very eyes! AND so much more.Do bear in mind that this is not the cheapest place, but if you're trying to do your bit for the environment or are trying to find gluten-free foods this is a good place. Make sure to bring your own pots, tubs, bags, etc.Photos attached to show example prices.

Really great refillable shop, full of everything I needed and everything I didn't know I needed (almond butter freshly ground)!Organic produce, and so much able to refill, liquids and everything else - all listed on the website too so you can check before you go there.Also have jars/bags/bottles to use should you get there and not have any.Lovely staff too who are really helpful.Thank you!Only downside is there's not much parking nearby but that's nothing to do with store!

Love this place! I visited this morning with all my refillable bottles and the ladies who work there are so friendly and helpful. It's amazing what you can buy here and they are happy to fill any container and feels great to save buying more plastic bottles! Thanks for a lovely shopping experience! Will be returning soon for more kombucha too!

A great concept in the right location, shame about the grumpy management!I've been to The Store a number of times, driven largely by the eco-credentials and focus on sustainability. Every time I've left feeling like I've annoyed staff having borne the brunt of them huffing, puffing & constantly telling me to hurry up when weighing items and choosing what I want. After my recent experience I won't be returning, in favour of walking a little further to alternatives in the city centre, who despite not being local" treat me with the warmth and friendliness that's been lacking at The Store."

Soooo many nice things to choose from, and such a lovely welcome from the friendly staff. A visit to store is a gorgeous shopping experience where I can get everything I need and someone has already filtered the products to meet ethical standards. Perfection!!

Love having this shop on my door step... Its a refill shop so you need to bring your own container, or your previous washing up bottle! Im a new convert to this way of shopping, but love it (and feel good about myself in the process!) Stock is great too, always find something new to buy. Staff are very friendly and always on hand to help! Keep up the good work!

Store is a fantastic zero waste shop that really caters for the local community. I always find what I need and can use my own containers. The staff are always helpful and friendly and have been absolutely brilliant during the pandemic.

What a great ethical store, and it's being extended! I'm fead up with plastic razors, toothbrushes and soaps that contain palm oil. The Store dose it all aiming for plastic and packaging free at a fare price. All sorts for the home and kitchen and great food and drinks to try out. Bring your own containers and just weigh it pay n go. I went for an old stainless steel razor and I haven't nicked myself badly yet it's a decent clean shave with some practice. Top up detergents and cleaning fluids even for dishwashers.This is a great model to all food stores. So many nice little things for the home some great alternative Christmas gifts.
