Just had a great Eccles Cake full of juicy raisins surrounded by light delicate crumbly pastry. Served at our local hospital cafe in Kidderminster. Very nice.

bakewell tart (bbe 28/9/18) no almond taste at all, small red colour of jam, very little Frangipane filling, the best part wast the pastry base.the whole tart was completely overpowered by the quarter inch thick rock hard solid translucent icing slab.

Lemon Tart Best before 11/12/16. Looked nice, icing was nicely balanced. Too crumbly to remove from casing. Inside could do with moisture. Horridly dry and like choking on sand. Some sort of curd or fondant needed to add moisture. Bearing in mind that the tart had over a year on its best before date, it should have been fresh. Great to use as kindling I suppose.

Just had one of your Genoa Fruitcake slices. Just about as good as it gets. Moist, full of flavour, light and delicious. So good I looked it up on Google to find out more about who made it.

Had a Margaret's Country Kitchen Almond Tart, I don't think I have eaten anything so bland and crumbly. It sucked the moisture right out of my mouth and didn't have enough jam. Won't buy again.

They supply the most delicious range of cakes, biscuits and tarts. They are very “moreish”. Customer service matches the quality of cakes. Pleasent, polite and helpful via email and telephone. Perfect in every way!
