Really great service from Adam, both on the bike itself and in advance, advising me what I might need and the likely costs. The collection and drop off service is excellent, and Adam kept in touch to let me know what was happening. Definitely recommend.

I had my bike serviced by Adam back in September, brakes were non existent, gears were clunky and cycling was just plain unpleasant. Adam totally revitalised my Gravel bike and 300 miles later it’s still performing perfectly! Highly recommend.

Adam provided a thorough a professional service from start to finish. Very happy with the fantastic job on the he did bike - it was unsafe and unridable when I gave it to him and it was returned in perfect working order, with great communication throughout and excellent turnaround time . Fantastic service. I have used Adam twice now, once for an emergency repair which he kindly fitted me in to his busy schedule and once for a full service. Both times Adam explained the work simply and clearly to me. Quality workmanship at a reasonable price,my bike now feels brand new! Highly recommend.

Adam did an excellent service on my road bike for me - very thorough and work was completed to a very high standard. My bike had a very noisy drivetrain and now it is silent and smooth! Adam’s communication and service throughout were exceptional. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend to all and will definitely be using him for all my future bike needs.

Highly recommend, I’ve put two bikes in for some tlc with the Hertford Bike Mechanic. All work carried out is discussed beforehand, pick up/drop off service, and no stone was left unturned to ensure I was absolutely satisfied with all the work done. I will not go be going anywhere else for assistance with my bikes. Thank you Sir!

Very difficult to contact , left various messages and voicemails with no communication to confirm any of my questions . He responded by text initially then seemingly stopped responding once I asked questions on collecting the bike as taking the bike to him during working hours was not possible ( he suggests he is happy to offer a collection service on google)Sadly now I’m unsure if he is building my son’s Christmas present or not . It’s now booked in elsewhere however I’d have preferred to use an independentDisappointed

I saw the excellent reviews and took a chance on using Adam, His communication is great and he is clearly very knowledgeable and helpful. He serviced my Giant cyclo cross,. It’s a winter bike so I didn’t want to go overboard on it, Adam advised what needed replacing and what would last a bit longer. I was so impressed I then gave him my TCR to service which he has just returned in showroom condition.If like me you feel that taking your bike for a service in a bike shop is rather like taking your car into the garage with people charging you a fortune and confusing you with tech speak, then speak to Adam, even I understood what he was talking about. Well mostly!, very highly recommended.
