Brighton & Hove Green Party

The Green Party have completely ruined my birthplace in Brighton & Hove.The cycle lanes are not used, as most ride on the pathways and its an absolute nightmare for emergency vehicles to get through Brighton & Hove.I would also like to know how many of the green party actually were born & bred in Brighton & Hove ??

Rubbish party. Rubbish everywhere. Rubbish not collected on time. Dirtiest road (a27) in the country. Sort it out you tramps. I don’t want to live in a bin.

Unfortunately it seems you have to give one star or it would be none.Disappointing that they are putting in cycle lanes on one road where they are not used, another where there is already one a few yards away and in Madeira Drive stopping the disabled using the area. This and other changes are having a huge impact and could kill off some of the shops that managed to survive lockdown. Madness.

What is up with this cycle lane non-sense. How are people of urgency meant to travel when there’s little to no road to travel on. But that rare cyclist can go wherever. Ridiculous. Terribly planned. Green Party fix yourselves.

I wish i didn't have to give a star at all on this. They are totally ruining the town. Brighton we be nothing if they carry on. The cycle lanes on the old shoreham road and seafront road are not green" in fact they are the total opposite aswell as outright dangerous.I can't believe how bad the greens are.They don't care about anyone who is highly affected by this rubbish. The are creating more problens than they are fixing."

so nice to be able to cycle with my 12 year old along the new cycle lanes and really looking forward to the city centre becoming car free. Pedestrians and cyclists on average spend 18% more than car drivers so good news for our city's traders.

Absolute shambles of a party. Nothing 'Green' about them at all. During their time in Brighton and Hove they have had the lowest recycling rates and the highest pollution levels ever. Main arterial routes in and out are now gridlocked due to unwanted and unused cycles lanes taking up half the road. Parking bays removed which will impact tourism. RIP B&H... you were great... once.

i really like cycling to college now! at first i just used to catch the bus and walk which took 40 minutes and when i first started cycling it defo took over 30 but now (thx to the cycle lanes making old shoreham road safer:) i can get to college in 20 minutes on my bike.(if i was to get a lift to college it would take the same time or possibly longer, I think the reason why people see cyclists less is because we cycle quicker than the traffic moves! haha :pmy mates that cant afford bikes use the life bikes too, and they say its always rlly useful to have that option in case they r running late to college! maybe if you have a massive problem with emergency vehicles getting clogged up w traffic you shouldn't be on the road in a car blocking their way?

The NON-green party. They haVe the worst recycling rates in the country!!They have destroyed the main routes into and out of brighton to cause more traffic congestion and therefore more pollution.Added 20mph zones causing more pollution.Have no regard for the poor traders in the town who have sadly lost thousands of pounds in revenue by closing the Madeira drive road amongst others. People will stop visiting and visit other towns instead.

Absolute waste of space. Have wormed their way in though student votes and wrecked the city. Can't even collect rubbish properly but insist on wasting every penny they get in pointless cycle lanes that even most cyclists don't want.
