DECEITFUL AND DISHONEST!!!!FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!Would give 0 stars if I could. Went to buy a van, traveled 100 miles to view.. only for the listing to be changed whilst we was looking around it. Was advertised with the exact words - ‘including VAT’ which was then changed whilst we was there which added 4k to the price. Bob then argued the fact after being caught out and wouldn’t admit his wrong doing.AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I would highly recommend visiting the Grantham Car Shop after having recently purchased a car from them. The presentation of the cars, the politeness and helpfulness of their staff is first class. They are very accommodating and go that extra mile to ensure that the car you are buying leaves them in tip top condition, as the last thing they want is bad publicity regarding the cars they sell. The best form of advertisement is by word of mouth. I have nothing but praise and high admiration for this company and wish them all the best for the future. I certainly would use them again and shall inform others of them and the high quality of second hand cars that they sell.

Grantham Car Shop is a beacon of hope in a sea of downright liars.A huge number of car dealers do little to help themselves, with poorly-prepared cars and far too much bulls**t. In just a week of looking, we travelled two hours to one who promised a 'mint' car that had metal falling off the sill and severe corrosion worryingly close to the rear suspension mounting points, a large chain where the car had a flat tyre and water in the cabin, and a franchised main dealer that was trying to sell a clearly clocked car (MoT history checks are very useful, but their own service data backed up the lies too).We also visited another independent dealer to see a car with two flat tyres, missing centre console trim and a boot full of water and ice. When I pointed this out to the dealer, he said 'yeah, that's the problem with looking at cars in the winter'. He'd have been better off lying that someone had left the boot open by mistake.From my first experience at GCS I was thoroughly impressed. I had to see the car in the dark, but Matt immediately offered to put it into the well-lit valeting bay, and was happy to let me check it on my own.I came back the next day with my wife, and both Bob and Matt were extremely friendly and helpful, never being pushy, and never appearing to string us a line. The forecourt and office is clean, tidy and welcoming, and all the cars seem well prepared and attractive.From first impressions to handing over the money, Bob and Matt have been superb; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and when we need a first car for our daughter, or my own much older car gives up the ghost, they'll be our first call.

I bought a small car from here for my daughter to learn to drive in. The young man who dealt with us was charming and helpful and not at all pushy, sorry I've forgotten his name! Bob, the manager, has helped since to resolve a couple of small issues even though the warranty has expired. Great, friendly service, I fully recommend them

Went up to Grantham and met the salesman there. The team were very welcoming and let us look around the car on our own and answered all our questions well.The best part of the experience was the fact that the sales team weren't pushy at all. They were happy to let the cars speak for themselves rather than try sales tactics.I was given a fair value for my old car without a massive inspection and although they were firm on the price during negotiation for the car I purchased we reached a reasonable agreement in the end.I picked the car up and it had been valeted and the wheels restored professionally, it was also serviced and MOT'd straight away.All in all I would rate the service, quality and honesty of the Grantham Car Shop as 5 Star.

Brought a second hand van from Bob, great customer service easy transition no pressure buying, 3 week in had a issue with the van for a warranty repair (no fault of the sales team in the slightest just one of those things but that is what the cover is there for), Bob sorted out no problems no arguments, easy process really recommend this garage will always see what they have to offer in the future a really rare find a car sales team like this, extremally happy customer
