We stopped in for lunch. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The focaccia sandwiches are so delicious, and the coffee and cakes are great too. Plus, have you ever been to a cafe with a robot waitress before???

Hidden away in the Stirling Arcade, this is where local Italians go for a coffee or lunch. I'd absolutely recommend the Bella Zena cafe.Fresh cooked Italian food with a friendly welcome and a nice atmosphere. Small enough for Ricky to give you individual attention and cook to your requirements. Today I had my favourite carrot soup (with Ricky's signature toast), delicious spaghetti carbonara and a rich flavoured Americano coffee. Other days I go for the house green vegetable soup, or perhaps the meatballs or the delicious chicken and vegetable crusty bake. And don't forget to sample the dessert slices and bakes with your coffee!There's also a robot waitress who can serve the tables - not a vital necessity but certainly a fun novelty for kids and an amusing feature for many adults. Something a little different!All in all, a great wee cafe which you should definitely try. Just head for the Stirling Arcade and treat yourself to some real Italian home cooking.

Exceptional service and food was utterly delicious. Staff very friendly and informative- food is all authentic homemade Italian using seasonal produce. Will definitely be back!

Really lovely atmosphere, really unique to Stirling. Run by genuine Italian owners who are warm and friendly. The opening hours are generous, and would be a great spot for dinner as they do have “lunch” food and hot meals. The food we ate was fresh and handmade, and would enthusiastically recommend the homemade truffles that were absolutely divine. A hidden gem of Stirling due to it been tucked away in the old arcade.

I wouldn't say I'm a regular, but if I'm Stirling,I pop in. Guy serving is amazing, polite and treats us with respect. Only been 4 or 5 times in the past 2 years, but he's got our order in his head so we don't need to do anything. 100% recommend, food is amazing.

On holiday and after visiting Stirling Castle found this pleasant cafe tucked away in the Stirling Arcade, but worth finding. Friendly owner, lovely coffee and tasty focchias. Hopefully will be able to visit again in the future.

Unbelievable little place. The best carbonara I've ever eaten, my friend loved her ravioli and for the quality the price is more than generous. Quiet atmosphere and lovely staff (and dog), definitely somewhere to go to if in Stirling. Cannot recommend enough

Hidden in the Stirling arcade, but worth finding it! Great coffee, super friendly owners, and delicious croissants and other pastries! The hot food smelled amazing but haven't had a chance to try yet - you probably should!

Delicious food, friendly staff, excellent atmosphere. A lovely quiet cafe with delicious food. I have some allergies and the staff were helpful and gave fantastic suggestions. Loved the suggested Jammie Dodger. Giorgia is a wonderful waitress ;)
