Do not purchase from this company. They have a loop hole in their Ts and Cs where anything can be deemed as wear and tear , blamed on the manufacturer. It is a lie, go elsewhere. There are so many good small scale companies to support. Don't support Kiddies.Low quality items with no support from them to fix. Read other people's reviews!

After searching many online shops of which most had no stock. I stumbled across Kiddies Kingdom who had stock and were cheaper than most. Ordered on Sunday Evening and was delivered on Tuesday. The service was incredible with many Emails advising of delivery in real time. Product arrived in perfect condition.Was a pleasure dealing with such a professional company and at a very competitive price.

Really pleased with our purchase of the Thule chariot trailer. Katie was very helpful, guiding us through the instructions on how to fold down ect. Very friendly & helpful service. Always a great visit.

Excellent customer service. Went in to get a changing mat for the newborn. Member of staff called Katie assisted me in finding the right thing and was very professional. Would recommend to anyone going through their list in preparation for their newborn. Looked around the store they have a variety of stuff to suit everyones needs.

Thoroughly recommend this company!I bought a travel system for my baby from Kiddies Kingdom at an amazing price, there was no competition out there for this particular system, delighted.Furthermore, I was impressed by the friendly and competent customer service when I called to enquire about specifics of the pram before it was delivered. Also the delivery was so prompt and organised, I could not have wished anything more. Will be going there for other baby purchases!

Katie was really helpful explaining the difference in 360 car seats to us. We were able to try a couple with our baby in the car and easily see which one she fit in better and found most comfortable in that she instantly fell asleep.

Fabulous experience at Kiddies Kingdom today. As a first time mum we needed to buy everything and Katie was there to guide us through what we needed and advice for each product. She had lots of patience and nothing was too much trouble. It is a one stop shop and had everything that I wanted on my baby list I would definitely recommend this place for all your essentials as they have everything (you see on Instagram etc) on display so you can compare and get a feel for it before buying. Such a better experience than buying everything online and they also price match their website which seems to be the cheapest around. All in all 5*

Great experience with Kiddies Kingdom. Ordering through the website was straight forward, slight issue with a free gift but with one call through to customer service it was resolved within minutes by a very pleasant and helpful advisor. Car seat was delivered within their recommended timeframe and it's fab!!
