Wow - a wonderful experience from start to finish! Her Galleries shop was easy to find and Charlotte was amazing throughout - from showing me the sample tea dresses available, through communicating with me on arrival of my beautiful dress to the final alterations to make it mine! 5* journey all the way, highly recommend!

Charlotte is amazing and knows exactly what you're looking for and importantly what will suit you! I went to visit Charlotte after trying on various dresses in other stores. Her customer care is second to none and she is so obliging and nothing is too much trouble. Don't wear your feet out looking around Bristol. Go to Bridal Boutique first! My mum, sister and I decided to visit the Bridal Boutique by an off chance. As we had had a terrible experience at White outlet. Charlotte was instantly 100 times better. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and what would suit me.I ended up choosing my dress that day. Charlotte gave us all her time and discussed everything with us. It was all a great experience, I couldn't rate her highly enough. She made everything so special and just effortless.

Without Charlotte's support I would never have dared to even try on such a spectacular dress. I know my soon to be husband is going to want to marry me twice I look so amazing. Charlotte is absolutely fantastic. After going to other bridal shops and being worried I wasn't going to find my dream dress Charlotte put me at ease straight away. She listened to what I wanted and suggested dresses that she thought I would like. As soon as I tried the first dress on, I knew she knew her stuff! After finding my dress we then talked through accessories to make the look unique and suggested an amazing veil which I fell in love with! I had a wonderful and stress-free experience that I didn't get elsewhere. I honestly could not recommend Charlotte enough, we were so impressed by her expertise and knowledge.

A wonderful experience. Charlotte managed to fit me in on short notice and the shop is very easy to find. She had many wonderful dresses, especially if you are looking for something a little different. I found the perfect tea dress and I even got the perfect pair of shoes to go with it. Would definitely recommend.

Charlotte was rushed off her feet on the day of our appointment, but once we were in her beautiful shop, we would never have known it! She made me feel that nothing was more important than finding the right dress for me. I had an idea of what I wanted, but also arrived with an open mind and tried on a dress (at Charlottes suggestion) that I would never have picked!It was absolutely my dress, despite all the other beautiful dresses I tried on, and we chose a tiara which complete the look so perfectly!Charlotte was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient, I can’t wait to wear my dress in June!
