John had the awful task of removing the smell of vomit from a new carpet. He arrived on time and treated the area, a few days later John went out of his way and came back to retreat the area again and clean it. I’d highly recommend his service, he is professional and did a fantastic job of removing the smell and any stains! A very happy customer! Also very affordable! ☺️

Thanks to John Telfer and Cleaning Doctor for doing such a great job on our hallway and stairway carpet. The carpet in question was in our main entrance way and had had a lot of footfall. John did a very professional job and left our carpet bright,clean and looking like new. Very reasonably priced too and we will definately be calling on John again. Recently we had John steam clean 3 carpets and 4 mattresses in a recently purchased holiday apartment; the results were fantastic. We effectively have 3 brand new carpets and 4 brand new mattresses for a fraction of their cost.John was efficient and thorough and we are well pleased with the results.I would have no hesitation in recommending John and will use him again if and when required.

I got John to clean the hall, stairs and landing carpet. He did an excellent job. My carpet is now looks like new, despite being several decades old. The service was very good value for money. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a nasty coffee stain on my new silver grey carpet which had been there for three weeks. I tried everything to remove it. Nothing worked. Then the magic man John Telfer came along and within minutes the nasty stain was gone. Totally amazing. Thank you so much John. What a very pleasant and professional man. I would like to thank John for the wonderful job he did for me in November 2015. A Living Room carpet in a house I have rented out had been so badly tramped and soiled I thought we would have to get a new carpet. However after John worked his magic it was almost as good as new.John was very prompt and patient with my elderly tenant and I would have no hesitation in recommending the service

Wonderful job!!!! John cleaned carpets, a rug and a chair for me and they all came up like new! Having 3 very active children there were various stains to remove but there wasn't anything that John couldn't shift. Very professional and reasonably priced too so I won't hesitate to call John again!
