Wow! The service here was impressively attentive.Lisa spent an hour to help my bf find the perfect boots, as one of his feet has a different size than the other.She was informative and super helpful.We learnt so much about hiking boots just trying things out, and gladly we found a solution to the problem!Thanks for the help and patience!This is the place if you're looking for hiking gears & professional help.

Great place for all things outdoors. After a couple of years of relying on cheaper umbrellas and getting nowhere, I decided that a proper umbrella was required. More expensive but one must expect that with the quality.

Lisa helped me pick out a new pair of walking/hiking boots—incredibly helpful and attentive! She ecouraged me to try a range of boots to find the perfect fit for my feet and ensure they’d give me the best longevity possible. Super knowledgeable. Great advice. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Such a great experience from Matt today who was attentive from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient while I went back and forth between boots after a measure up.Also shared his experiences of hiking to give me a shopping list of products to consider before the main event in June. No pressure throughout.I cannot recommend him enough for going above and beyond. Thank you.

Very helpful staff, they were happy to spend quite a while ensuring that the boots we purchased were the best fit possible. No pressure to buy the most expensive type or to buy lots of accessories.We bought our last pair of boots from here 12+ years ago and they eventually gave up the ghost. Both then and now the degree of detail in selecting the right boots was excellent.Having a National Trust membership helps with the price - 15% off
