My amazing wee granny and mummy were buried from Poots. The love, care, compassion and empathy i was shown by the staff at such a very difficult time was excellent. Nothing was any trouble for them, they guided and supported us as a family right to the end.

Joseph poots & son are an exceptional compassionate and understanding funeral directors from first point of contact and even after funeral arrangements are complete.I can’t Thank Lisa, Wayne and all the staff for their understanding and support during the passing of my late sister. They made what was a very difficult time so much easier to deal with and the service they provide is lovely and personal. I had to travel from England for my sisters funeral and they even made a special exception to open the parlour for me to see my sister out of hours which they didn’t have to do. They have corresponded with me throughout the entire process regarding arrangements and also payment methods. They have been so understanding to my financial situation without pressure of payment making a worrying time a lot less stressful. They have arranged many of my late family members funerals and I wouldn’t go anywhere else when sorting the arrangements for a passing of a loved one. They really do treat each circumstance on a personal level with the compassion needed when you lose a loved one. I can’t thank them enough for all their understanding and help.

We were very impressed with all aspects of the service provided but would particularly like to thank Mark for his guidance and compassion throughout and also the office staff who kindly helped complete and email the relevant form for us to obtain the death certificates.

I was very pleased with this caring company . They were so caring and sympathic to all our families needs in such a hard time loosing my mum . But they stepped in and took care of everything and I cant thank you enough . You stepped that part of the family and made the sadest time of my life somewhat easier and really comforted us all . Plots did my mothers funeral. After 18+ years of illness the family was exhausted. Poots took away the heavy lifting of the funeral arrangements. Brilliant people. They also took care of donations for her Cancer charity.
