Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel

Had a funeral wake in the balcony for my stepfather. Lovely setting, afternoon tea was perfect, staff helpful and amenable. Was perfect for us. Many thanks.

We had a fantastic party at Leeds Parkway Hotel on 24th December. Great venue, big hall, very friendly people all round. A little shame that we could not access the venue through main reception. Overall great time...

Used gym facilities mainly sauna and steam not too busy so was able to enjoy my time there

Used the hotel as a venue for a Baby Shower. The setting is lovely next to Golden Acre Park. Room was perfect for our needs and very well set up with lovely table decorations, private entrance and the use of a private bar. We had an afternoon tea and there was more than enough food - all of which was lovely. Thanks to the events manager Joel and all the team on the day - anything we needed they were more than happy to help. At £11.95 PP for everything it was in my opinion great value.

Family party - extremely reasonable prices (half the price of the function space at the hotel up the road and prettier!) and good food and drink packages!Staff were lovely and accommodating - responded to every little request, especially on the day.Everything we hoped for.

Attended the wedding of our granddaughter yesterday & can honestly say what an amazing venue, the ceremony itself was so well done , the reception was amazing, fantastic food & service. Could not find fault with anything. The evening buffet was equally brilliant. Well done to the manament & staff , you made our day very special. Thank you so much

I was there for a First aid course, which should not have been held in this place. The hotel is closed and full of immigrants and they were all men that made me feel very uncomfortable. Would never want to go there again

Booked this venue prior to lockdown for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding for 1st October 22. Despite the difficulties that the hotel have experienced of late, we had an amazing day. The wedding planner, Joel, has been extremely helpful with all arrangements needed to be rearranged, from accommodation to transportation from neighbouring hotel. The staff on the day were expertly managed, didn't get the managers name, apologies. All staff were polite and professional. The food was amazing, delicious tasting and served promptly and hot. The venue was fantastic, very clean and decorated exactly as requested. Would highly recommend this venue for a wedding . Thankyou to all staff involved on and before Saturday 1st October 2022.

Food was not great, the staff were lovely though. Only allowed in one part of the hotel for a wedding which needed an update. Would have been nice to experience the hotel properly.

Went for a meeting, entry to meeting rooms through a fire exit at the back. After some of us wanted a debrief and summary in the bar. Walked round to reception to be met by a security guard in hi viz. Guess what? Migrant accommodation.
