It's a real pleasure to visit, staff really do understand customer service - no question too small, excellent advice, do not push to more expensive products only interested in the right solution. Keep it up!

The experience is completely bad. My order was delayed longer than it was stated when I bought 4 radiators. This was never reported, I only found out because I called the company for another reason. This is why I left a comment about this situation, and I believe this is my right as a costumer. An unhinged Jackie was the person who contacted me to complain about my review and she canceled my two orders because she didn't like how I described my bad experience with them. And of top of that I waited six weeks for an order that never arrived and caused extra expenses on my side because I had to change all the installations. She was the one who blackmailed me when she cancelled my two orders because she couldn't cope with the freedom of expression. I accepted that the second order was canceled but I kindly asked her to keep the first order that was supposed to be delivered because I have waited almost two moths for it and otherwise I'd have to review that order as well. This woman is really bad emotionally. Everything she says sounds like a bad copy of a Charles Dickens story. The story about the donation is very obvious and ridiculous. She donated the radiators to poor Oliver Twist, but my money has not yet been refunded. The only good thing about this story is that I have contacted another company Paladin" and with great customer service and I will have my radiators in two weeks

Didn't order from the store but bought online after a visit. Rad was delivered early and the products are beautiful. Its my 6th rad from Cast Rads and I lo very their quality. Communication was excellent and delivery seamless. Hats off Cast Rads - impeccable service.

Complete bad service.3 months to deliver even the smallest thing. I wonder if their products will come from China because it can't take that long, they only have a few models, and they take 3 months to paint, then you have to wait for them to contact you to deliver.Also, they tell me they take 2 whole weeks off at the end of the year. In a year that we were on hiatus completely, they take two more weeks. I would never recommend them.
