Stayed here for 8 days for a business trip. I had a wonderful experience. The staff, Jermaine, he was very lovely, kind and helpful. I and my friends got to hotel super early and were allowed to check in early. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend to my colleagues!

Incredible hotel, very friendly staff. The rooms are amazing. It's very stylish, great art everywhere. High technology in all rooms and lifts!!The restaurants are superb, and the pool on the rooftop gives you the most incredible view of the city . Extremely close to all the attractions in London.Very high-end quality.The atmosphere oozes you in, one of the best hotels to date!!! Very miami vibe to it . Loved it

Probably got one of the worst rooms in the hotel due to having a great view of the roof of the cafe. Two packets of sweetener, sugar and brown sugar between two people in a room. Small tube or shower gel.Bed and TV were massive. Shower was good. TV turned itself on in the morning. For a double room only one comfy chair and one desk chair. Light controls not great.Great location. Signs on site are rubbish. We walked around in a circle from the carpark. Near the river, caught the Thames Clipper.

Absolutely incredible stay! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were wonderful, could not be more accommodating. Lovely dinner, cocktails and great views at the restaurant. LOVED the pool. Highly recommend

Had a great stay here to celebrate my birthday!The decor of the hotel is great and the location is brilliant — perfect for a staycation in London.One of the best parts of the stay were the wonderful staff members who were so fun and friendly and made my stay extra special. I'd like to shout out Justine, Kelsey (spa treatment), Stefy, and Kelvin! They were awesome.The room did feel small for its price and there were some stains on some of the furniture. The lifts were also very slow and inefficient. Apart from that, the hotel was super clean, and I loved the bathroom in particular!

What a great refreshing stay I have had over 3 nights. I was greeted early on Tuesday from a long flight in From Hong Kong ,by ESTHER who was very smiley and warm and very helpful on any of my questions. She kindly sorted my room and ran me through what I needed to know about the hotel. Off I went to my room which was fun, cool and meticulously appointed. Bathroom and all the amenities were well presented and sparkly clean.Gym and sauna all were in great shape and working order. Breakfast was well serviced and I especially recommend fried eggs on a marmite toasty.Staff have been refreshingly polite and the hotel has a great energy and Vibe to it. Will for sure comeback again to the warm and welcoming face of Esther !!

Nice and clean hotel and friendly staff. One thing that really bothered me (and is easy to fix) is the situation with the sauna. First of all you need to ask in advance for them to turn on the sauna for you (which isn’t really common in a luxury hotel) and then even after asking in advance I found myself in a cold (60 degree) sauna at 7:40PM when the sauna is supposed to be open until 8PM. If you decide to have a sauna in the hotel, please just run it consistently in the opening hours to avoid frustration.

I had a wonderful stay at art'otel! The location was fantastic, right next to Battersea Power Station. The rooftop bar provided a stunning view of the iconic power station. The hotel was in great condition and very clean. Although we encountered an issue with a bathroom odor in our room, the team swiftly resolved it. I'd definitely choose to stay there again.

Great stay!!Allowed me a later check out and the pool both in the day light and at night time is amazing! Great service and a lush ice coffee to the room!Kelvin on reception was great! (Hope I got his name correct!)

Excellent value overall. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The Italian restaurant within the hotel is a fantastic choice if you're short on time. Additionally, the same restaurant offers a full English breakfast in the morning.
