Very helpful staff, although I was lucky to catch it open on the first Wednesday it has opened since Covid. Parking limited to 30 minutes at the front, which added stress! Machines were quick and all loads done in 20 to 30 minutes. Cold building though, so wrap up warm if staying.

Excellent service! Two double winter-weight duvets needed their annual wash. I'd previously used Johnson's Dry Cleaners in the town centre but didn't know where to go since they'd closed down. Someone suggested The Wash Basin to me - despite living in Nantwich for 20 years, I'd not known of its existence. I'm so glad they did! We are elderly and have no car so the collection/delivery service was most helpful. Friendly people and great value, too! Highly recommended.

Nice large washing machines and driers. The staff are friendly and helpful. Machines are cash only, no card or phone payment. No same day service wash & dry either.

Passing on a narrowboat and required a laundry wash. Great self service wash on 22-05-22.. Opening times displayed outside the launderette says open 9am to 3pm 7 days per week. Please update your times on google. Recommended.

Helpful staff. Machines are new and well maintained. Good prices for service washes and self service.Have to say I was really impressed by the quality of the service provided5 star

Turned up just after 8am, no one to assist.However, the dryer too my money £6 and it didn’t work, had to sit here till 10.30am till someone arrived! Late for work wasn’t happy at all!
