I had my hair coloured today and it was a lovely experience. My hair had been in bad condition after lockdown so it was a treat, and I was so amazed at the transformation. The hairdresser was called Jenna and she was truly a professional. Thank you Jenna for cheering me up with my hairdo as it was getting me down. The staff there was lovely! Well done Renaissance

Booked my 12 year old daughter in for cut and blow dry which should have cost £25 pounds, however when I come to pay she charged me £40 pounds for restyle. Would not use again.
