During a very difficult day, my mum was on her way to the hospital to see to my dad, who had been admitted. She fuelled up her car, then drove a mile up the road. She had unknowingly put petrol in her diesel car and it broke down at the lights. At 75 years old she was panicked and didn't know what to do. I called First assist, and though Gordon was on his way home, he turned around and went straight to help my mum. He acted fast in an already stressful time and cannot praise him enough for his kindness and professional courtesy
