Great as always from Aldi, but very busy and the aisles were narrower than other branches.

I think of aldi as fast paced not really for browsing due to being busy when I visit. Lately been a serious lack of certain fresh things fruit last time. Salad items time before. Good meat variations. And always new food items to try.

A lot better and quicker through the Tills , now they have got Self Scan.

Excellent fruit with long dates and some clearly marked British. I always like to look down the centre aisle at the non food items.Always changing and have great stuff. Bread too had good dates on.

VERY rude staff, noone knows if they talk to you or each other on their mic.When they unpack staff on the shelves they are not looking at the customer if you ask them to move they don't listen,care .They just shout which till you should go especially store manager,she is vile.I don't go there anymore, rather to go to lidl. They treat customers like second class citizens. They don't deserve 1 star

Poor customer service and impolite till operator. Last Saturday, I went to Aldi Handsworth to do my weekly shopping. I was looking for coconut fennel for sometimes and could not find it and ask for help from more than three staff members. They were busy with shelf filling and not concerned about my request. It took more more than 15 mints to wait someone who is show me the product. Eventhough person who came was not interested helping much. No friendly customer service.I was looking for some stuff and couldn't find it. Then I left some stuff I don't need.Someone from Till ( Lorenzo) was shouting at me very rudely and asked “ what you drop there”. He was very loud And impolite. I was very unhappy and explained him do not shout at the customer. He was not listening and keep argue with me. Feel very uncomfortable, even the manager who came was not listen to us. Name of the Till operator was Loranzo and he came outside of till to argue with me. He did not know any common sense about speaking customer with friendly and polite manner. He said he going to check the cctv. It make me irritated and asked to check the CCTV. He than tried to change the topic.I think it’s all because of my dark skin. The manager who came did not manage to help us either. It was waste my time. Then I went to Handsworth ASDA to get the same product, staff was very friendly and cooperative to help us. Three member of the staff coordinate to help me to find the product we need. It was very convenient as the customer. I hope ALDI Handsworth will concern to improve customer service rather than shelf filling, respect every customers with dignity, friendly service and not ignore customers.With this review, I have attached my shopping bills for both Aldi and Asda.Attention for manager, please read all below customer reviews about poor customer service and make it improve as your prices.

My favourite supermarket. Great products at relatively affordable prices compared with other supermarkets. Usually not too long to wait to get served at the checkout either.

Great place to shop. Prices are fair, product are fresh and good.

Was a great shop with great staff, but self service tills just put in and it's slower. It's not progress. Feel for the staff.
