Can't thank the staff enough, they go above an beyond for my little grandad, he's very poorly at the min but he's having a ball at churchview, so thank you to everyone of you it's nice to see my grandad smile again ❤

Cant get in to visit, cant get out when you want to leave after visiting, they never ever answer their phone, not a very nice place to be, especially if you are old and this is where you have been put, 9/10 of the staff are lovely, please go and see this place before you consider putting a loved one in there, my advice is look for somewhere else

Dad Ben was in Church View for the last two weeks of his life....The staff and manageress where just great. Not only to dad but to me as his son aswell ...Because of Covid19 restrictions meaning I couldn't go in to see dad, one staff member use her own personal mobile phone to WhatsApp conference call me so I could chat and see dad in real time on one occasion....its now a cherished memory for me for the rest of my life ❤ ( I can't thank her enough for what she did that day ) ...this care home really does care.Thank you from myself Dave and my now at peace beloved and very much missed father.Ben Asbridge XX

Cant praise or thank the staff in Church View my mum passed tonight we'll early hours this morning, she has been on end of life care for last 4 days, the staff have not only looked after mum and treating her like the queen she is, with great dignity and respect, but also the family making drinks sandwiches offering food etc. They couldn't have been kinder or more professional. So thank you so much for making this as comfortable as possible for mum.

Please do not make the same mistake we did and send your loved ones to this place. My grandad was here for 8 years and we had a lot of problems in that time (food concerns, lack of personal hygiene, insufficient and unsafe chair and wheelchair and clothes/toiletries/blankets vanishing to name a few) but were hesitant to change homes due to his dementia. He has recently died of Covid, caught while in this home, and we have not had any messages of condolence or concern when he was sent to hospital from here. Furthermore I rang to inform them of our sad news and the manager would not speak to me so I ended up telling one of the staff to pass on the message, the reply I received was 'we know'. My grandad was a lovely man and deserved some respect, and so do we as his loving family, the only time they have got back to us is due to a previous negative (but honest) review which my uncle put but miraculously has been taken down and  replaced with a positive review. Over the years my grandad was lucky to have a few lovely nurses and staff members but these do no last long as there seems to be a clique of staff that the good ones dont fit in with so the happy moments were always short-lived.There are more empathetic, sympathetic, respectful and loving homes better run in Liverpool please look around. I am disappointed there is no option to give them less than 1 star.
