Tried to book a lense test but needed a glasses test first. That wasn't the problem!I Told the lady I was disabled on chemotherapy and monthly infusions but was still lectured for the 3 times I'd cancelled due to being admitted to hospital. Ive had appointments cancelled from their branch in Amesbury due to no optician but i didnt complain..Also they forget the years you have spent money in all their branches over the years. Whomever I spoke to definitely didn't have a heart, or good customer service today.Please talk to people with some compassion. I only leave house mainly for hospital or Dr's or anything health wise. Otherwise I'm in my bedroom.Sorry for complaining I've never done this before but was crying and so upset after the call. I felt I had to say something.

The staff were very good from the receptionist to the Optometrist as I only booked the appointment the day before.

It was quick and easy to book, also being conveniently placed in my local Tescos. Throughout the appointment the optician explained what he was doing and why, so I felt really at ease (I have sometimes previously found appointments at other opticians confusing and wasn't clear what was happening). I did now need a prescription but there was a good range of frames, starting at very reasonable prices and the assistant once again talked me through the procedure. Thank you.

The staff in there were fantastic. I suffer alot of anxiety and they were realy chatty in no hurry and answered all my questions. My only criticism was that there wasnt a wide range of glasses to choice from if you cant afford alot of money. Great experience would defo go there again. No parking stress didnt feel rushed and it was all ground floor as im disabled. Bonus did some shopping whilst i was there. Thanks guys
